We purchased our Hot Springs Spa almost 10 years ago from Bear Dance Spas. We also have another brand hot tub at another home. Our Hot Springs spa is a much better spa! It stays clean much longer and the water stays fresh smelling until it is time to replace the water (about every 3 months) We will never buy another brand of hot tub. The people at Bear Dance are always eager to help with any questions or issues we may have. We cannot say enough about the quality of the Hot Springs Spa and the quality of people that work at Bear Dance.

I have been dealing with Rex at Bear Dance Spas for two years now. Rex has kept his word at each turn. His service rep, John, did an outstanding job last week with draining, refilling, and conditioning the spa water. The process didn't go as planned on the first go around and he went the extra mile to start over and get it right. The spa was clean and the water was clear by the time he was done. To date, it has been a good experience.
